You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm that the property where the service is to be installed is either owned or legally under your control.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations, site assessments, and paperwork processes. You are responsible for maintaining any hardware or software provided by us after installation.
All pricing will be clearly communicated before project initiation. You agree to the payment terms specified in the quotation or invoice. Navi Energy may charge advance booking fees, milestone-based payments, or final dues post-installation.
While we assist in claiming government subsidies like the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, eligibility is subject to government rules. Navi Energy cannot guarantee subsidy approval or specific timelines from government bodies.
Installation timeframes are estimated and subject to external conditions (e.g., weather, government approvals, material availability). Navi Energy strives for timely completion but will not be liable for unforeseen delays.
We offer warranties as per the manufacturer’s policy for solar components. Support and maintenance services post-installation may be offered as part of an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or on a case-by-case basis.
